- Flutter Entertainment will reopen its English Paddy Power retail betting shops on 15 June alongside 150 branches in Ireland following the relaxation of Covid-19 mitigation measures. The FTSE 100 firm has become the second operator to publish comeback plans following GVC's decision to reopen more than 80% of its Ladbrokes Coral real estate.
In the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales all our shops are temporarily closed.
Under the new rules, shops will not be permitted to broadcast live racing to stop customers gathering in the shops, while machines such as FOBTs and touchscreen terminals are not to be used. There are 900 betting shops in Scotland and on Monday all of Paddy Power, Coral and Ladbrokes' outlets are to open with measures in place. 'Paddy Power shops opened yesterday, in line with other bookies in Ireland, following the Government guidelines on reopening of retail outlets,' the statement said.
Getting paid on winning shop bets
If you are holding a winning bet slip, it will be paid as normal when the shops reopen. However, If you have an online account with us we can credit your winning in-store slips to your account. If you've got a winner lying around, email a picture of the slip, along with your name, online username and a contact number to shopwinnings@paddypower.com.
Alternatively – if you don't have a PP online account you can register here and then follow the above steps to have your winning retail bet credited to your online account.

4. You'll notice floor markings in-store to help you queue safely. Please keep your distance from others, in line with government advice.
5. When writing out bets, please take the pen with you or bin it.
6. It's best to use contactless payment, where possible.
7. We may ask customers to temporarily remove face coverings to prove age or for self-exclusion purposes.
8. In the UK, you will be asked to scan the NHS Track and Trace QR Code or give your details for Contact Tracing.

Is Paddy Power Betting Shops Open Today
All of our shops in England*, Wales and Ireland are now back open. Scottish shops are also back open but with a limited service. Customers will be able to place bets over the counter but betting machines, FOBTs and live content will not be available in those shops until advised otherwise by the Scottish Government.
All of our shops now have operational protocols in place to ensure that social distancing and other public health requirements are met in full in the interests of colleagues and customers.

We also encourage you to limit the time spent in our shops, to remain courteous and respectful to Paddy Power staff and to head home and isolate if you start to feel unwell.
